You
may place an order either via e-mail or online order form.
Click the link 'place
and order' beside or below the item you would like to buy. Fill in the
order form and submit it.
(1) For in-stock items, tell us
the product codes and any other questions you may have. We will
e-mail you to confirm your order within one working day.
(2) For order-to-make items, please tell us in the form the codes
of the embroideries, sizes, quality
and any custom touch you would like
to add. Upon receiving
your order, we will e-mail you to confirm your order with
payment instructions within one working day. For items under
100 US dollars, we require a full payment before production
starts. For items with prices higher than 100 US dollars, a
30% prepayment is required before production starts. The rest
is due before we ship the product. We will keep you informed
about any progress during the whole process. |

may return the item (in good condition though) within 5
