Silk Embroideries Hand Embroidered by Master Ren Huixian

Embroidery master artist Ren Huixian was named a Senior Arts and Crafts Engineer in 1987, and was given the titles Arts and Crafts Master and National Specialist with Special Contributions in 1988. She made many masterpiece silk embroidery works in her life. Below are some of her most well-known silk embroideries.

Red Fowers silk  embroidery

Ren Huixan was still embroidering well in old age. Her embroidery work Red Flowers was hand embroidered with the embroidery technique of false-and-true crisscross stitches. She used only a few stitches to display the flower on a red silk fabric.
